DRIVE PINS
The drive pin can be driven into concrete, steel, masonry, stone and other hard base, PJ nail material is #45 carbon steel, the length range is 22mm-76mm
The Gun Nail with Red Washer is a meticulously designed fastening solution for precision and durability in construction and woodworking.Crafted from high-quality materials, it ensures robust performance. The rec washer serves as a visual indicator, enhancing reliability and efficiency in the fastening process
BRIGHTWAY drive pins adopted advanced manufacturing process so as to attain the international highest standards for fasteners:
With special materials, concrete nails are specialty nails compared with common iron nails. It is harder, the shank is short and thick commonly and it has excellent piecing and fixing strength. With these features, concrete nails make ideal nails and fasteners for firm and strong sites.
The nail surface treatment can be polished, electro galvanizing, blackish, etc.
• High Tensile strength Material—-#60 & #65 steel material
• Bending 60-90 degree no broken—-Best toughness
• Hardness: 54-58HRC—–Best Hardness
•All production processes are carried out in our own factories—–Zero outsourcing
Drive pins with a 0.300″ diameter head are designed for permanently fastening a fixture to concrete, some types of masonry andA36 orA572 structural steel. Drive pins are manufactured with a 0.145″diameter shank in various lengths. Knurled shank designs are available to increase performance in steel base materials.A plastic flute is mounted over the point to retain the drive pin in the fastener guide of the tool providing guidance during the driving operation.
Drive pin is driven by gun powder combustion, and can be driven into the hard base of concrete, steel, brick masonry, stone and so on, PD nail material is #45 carbon steel, length range is from 13mm-76mmHardness should be 50HRC-57HRC, shank should be bent to 60° without breaking, if shank length is less than 30mm, no need to check bending angle.
